I’ve received the element it has 3 fixing screws that cannot be removed. I tried pliers and other tools. They don’t have a proper head, just a very small hexagonal bolt. How do I fix this element using these screws?

This element has fixed bolt, when replacing the fixing nuts must be accessed by removing the cabinet back.
