Hi. My fridge compressor seems to run for 10 seconds or so, then stop, then start again around 30-40 seconds later. Then repeats this cycle. Could this be the capacitor?
Compressor also becomes very hot after a while. I have measured 240VAC on the compressor terminals at all times. The fan next to the compressor also runs continuously

This is the typical sign of a seized compressor and will require a systems engineer to fit and re gas to replace this part.
