please can you advise how you fit the baumatic bottom left and right glass retainers

These brackets appear to push into the channels at the bottom of the door. When you remove the old one's which may push out with some resistance you may find if these clips have been glued in place or just friction fitted. If they are glued use a contact adhesive like Evo-Stic.
