How likely is it for this PCB to be the part that stops the brush bar from spining I have already replaced the sole plate and reset switch.

- If you read the question correctly you can see I have replaced the sole plate so how can the brush roll be blocked.

It is more likely the brush roll is blocked causing it not to turn.
