How do I fit this replacement handle to the front of the door? The side screw I understand but the front has some strange plastic thing. is it some sort of clip or do Ihave to take apart the whole door?

It is not possible to take the door apart as the insulation is foamed into the door panel. The handle should be fitted with a combination of screws and clips that push on to the door.
