My two hobs at back of cooker don't work, I've been told this is because I'm missing a copper link plate shaped like a u and the screw can u advise if I can buy these please

These links are supplied with the terminal box on the back of the cooker and not usually supplied separately. Enter your model to identify the part, it is likely to be easier to order a replacement box and just use the screw and link as required.
