...I was told by a different supplier that this is an 'engineer only' fit item as it requires specialist equipment to programme is this true?

How do I remove the fridge door and the top cover (over the control panel) to gain access to the control panel? 1 Answer
There are two philips screws that seem to hold the top cover in place. However they both just turn in their holes. They won't come out. Also do I need to remove the fridge door to gain access to the control panel?

We believe there should be two screws under the panel that hold it in position. Have a second person hold the door while you remove the screws. Once removed the panel can be removed and the door lifted off the other hinge.
