      The oven heater they sent me was nothing like the one I had in my NW601FP. Model No 444441484. I was going to return it but they wanted to charge me for there mistake they sent me in the first place. I have now got the correct one from another company.

      Sent a totally different part from the one I ordered, paid for next day delivery as it was for my oven . I sent a message explaining & also spoke to a guy called Nas on their "live online chat" to be told they would investigate their warehouse guys . 4 days later , no word, no part & no oven for us this Christmas .

      Have used e spares for a lot of my 94 years and have found the service first class, will continue to do so for as long as I able and still require goods from you which as you may know will not be as long as in the past.       No one to talk to
      My only complaint is that one cannot talk to anyone in real life to get any assistance when things go wrong in ordering! I ordered a seal for £59 then my husband found exactly the same thing, at the same company for £44! There was no where I could query this,not even a bot to talk to, well not that I found! I found this extremely stressful and would,personally avoid in future! I have returned one seal and hope the refund goes through, if not where do I get help!
