To remove, open the door and release the fold over catches on the bottom arms. Then slightly close the door and holding from both sides towards the bottom of the door use your thumbs to push the top arms towards the door. Lift the base up a little until the lower arms come away from the oven and unhook the upper arms as you lift the door away. Refit in reverse order.

When the door is fully open lift the metal loop on the lower tab. as you slowly close the door engage the loops with the 'pegs' on the arm to stop the door closing. Then as you continue to slowly close the door the hinges will be locked and go loose. This allows the bottom tabs to be lifted and disengage from the oven body and the door to lift off.

Hi there, it could well be the hinges, but I'd also check that the door seal is in place and not stopping the door from closing fully. I'd also check all around the perimeter of the door for any obstructions.
