Hi, I have a Hoover washing machine, Vision HD 9kg Mod: VHD 9143 ZD80. Ser:31001948 0807 0379 G. It runs through its program but wont spin, no error codes, any ideas what part i need? 1 Answer

Hello, I have a hoover w/machine vhd9143zd80 and its coming up with fault code E09 it fails to spin and trips to the fault code, any ideas? thanks Adrian 1 Answer

Hi Adrian, I believe error code E09 means there's a fault with a connection or connections on the control module. I'd advise testing with a multimeter, you'll be able to ascertain which connection, or if you just need a whole new control module.
