      Frustrating waste of time
      I paid a lot of money for urgent next day delivery, but my item did not arrive. I tried to contact espares, but they don't provide phone support and their 'online chat' wasn't working, so I emailed. My automatic email reply said I could wait 72+hours for a proper response. I tried to deal with the courier instead, however they would only take instruction from their customer - who was espares. Espares actually responded to my second email, where I asked them to cancel the delivery and refund in full, which they agreed. They confirmed that the item had been received by them, but I now have to chase the refund, as that's not arrived either. A frustrating experience and a total waste of my time.

      Absolutely fantastic!!!!!
      Absolutely fantastic!!!!!! I ordered the part for my dishwasher at 7pm and it was delivered by12:30 the next day. I live on the Isle of Wight so very impressed with the speed of delivery and great quality part at a great price.       Correct item, right price, on time.
      Needed some replacement parts for our Dyson vacuum cleaner. Website is super easy to navigate and specific items simple to identify. Delivery was fast, accurate and very well packaged to avoid any transit damage. Pricing seemed very reasonable, offering alternatives of original manufacturer or aftermarket. Opted for aftermarket and can't tell the difference.

      Washing machine spares
      I needed some springs and dampers for my Hotpoint washing machine. E spares had these in stock and were delivered next day. They were just what I needed. I fitted them and washing machine now work perfectly and no more shaking around the kitchen.
