      Useful service.
      Some delay in ascertaining and confirming the correct component required (no 'phone consultation available). Delivery was also delayed beyond the promised (and paid for) schedule, but did get a full refund of carriage as compensation. Useful service, however, for hard-to-get components.

      Frustrating company
      The item wasn’t very clear in the images and although the model number matches the part it’s replacing it’s not the same and is the wrong hand. I’ve tried emailing which annoyingly as it is the only way to communicate and I’ve had no response. Maybe the company will read this if not their emails. A phone number and a chat would have avoided this situation.

      Unsuitable part, incorrectly listed – and refund took ages
      I ordered two replacement handles for my Bosch fridge-freezer, which were clearly listed on the website as suitable for the model that I have. They arrived promptly, but when I unpacked them I found that they were too long, and didn't fit. I returned them according to the instructions on the website, by tracked delivery, but it was 14 days before I received my refund – and this was only after I had contacted eSpares to complain.
