      A Week before Christmas and the main cooker element blows up. 10pm and I source the part on espares for next day delivery. This arrived by 3pm the next day. What started as a stressful run up to Christmas was quickly eased to a minor blip. Great service just when you need it most.

      Christmas Dinner jeopardy
      Our oven door broke on the night before Christmas Eve. I ordered the part from espares, at 8.30pm, who said they would deliver the next day. I was given a one hour window for the delivery, which was very useful on Christmas Eve, and the part was delivered on time. We were so grateful and our Christmas dinner was cooked.
