The video attached is similar but on this element it does not have screws but bolts that have to be undone from behind the oven cavity. As a result you will need to remove the oven and its back to carry out this. If you do not feel happy in attempting the repair check out: http://www.repaircare.co.uk/ who can offer a fixed price repair for this work.
