      how can you tell its the ignition switch faulty 2 Answers

        In order to 'take' 2400 watts from a 240 volt supply it would need a current of 10 amps, this equates to a expected resistance of around 24 ohms.

        Turn off the appliance and join the wires. if the ignition starts when power is returned the switch is faulty.

      Avoid this company
      Website did not show that item I was ordering was out of stock until I had paid for it, once I got the confirmation it said it was out of stock and gave a date that it would be dispatched by, it was not delivered by the date said, I received weekly emails from them saying that when it is back in stock that it will be dispatched in 2-4 weeks. I eventually got my money back and ordered the part from abroad which was cheaper and quicker. Please avoid this company to avoid time wasting and disappointment.
