The motor arcs badly at the higher speeds. Brushes only partly worn. Commutator has no raised segments and has been cleaned up.

We are sorry but do not have a circuit for this model. If the brushes are contacting the motor correctly and you have excessive arcing it is likely to be a faulty motor.
