Returns is rubbish …
I ordered these items because it was meant to be compatible with a hotpoint gas cooker , but it didn't fit . I asked to return the item so i did by royal mail . I am still waiting for a refund which hasn't arrived and they are charging me postage which I think is really bad as it was stated to have a no hassle return . Which it is not
