A once great company gone baf
This used to be a great company but in a very short time it’s become dire. You used to be able to call them but now they’ve @gone digital”. Now you send a message and have to wait 48 hours for a response. They sent me the wrong part due to an error at their end . It took over two weeks to get the correct part. NEVER AGAIN. Bring back the phone lines!!!

OK , but.....
Bought a very expensive and fragile H9 LED oven bulb. Charged what seemed like a lot for postage (I sell an amount on eBay so I know what it costs). Arrived in a plastic bag within a lager plastic bag. Luckily unharmed but not impressed.
