      Very easy to find the correct part
      Very easy to find the correct part. Arrived in good time. Well packed. However, although the size was correct, the profile of the seal was different from the original and we did have to use our initiative and a bit of imagination to fit it. We assume that the design has changed since we bought our fridge freezer in 2016. The instructions make it look so easy - if only !!

      Exceptional customer service
      Just before Christmas, my elderly dad removed the glass panels from their Zanussi 55-inch gas oven to clean them. While putting them back, one of the panels shattered into tiny pieces, leaving my parents devastated. I went online to eSpares website and ordered the inner door glass. However, later that day, an appliance technician informed me that the oven actually had three glass panels (with the outer door being one of them). Realizing I had ordered the wrong panel, I quickly emailed eSpares back to explain the mistake and requested to cancel the order. The following day, I received a reply from them informing me that the order had already been processed but reassuring me that they would reimburse the full amount. To my surprise, they also stated that I wouldn't need to return the glass once it arrived. I was a bit skeptical but decided to wait and see. True to their word, the full refund was issued within a week! The glass panel also arrived, carefully wrapped, just as they had promised. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, their customer service is exceptional. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service these days, and it was truly refreshing. Unlike the usual hassle of returning incorrect items and chasing refunds, eSpares made the process completely stress-free. Fair play to them for their fantastic customer service.       I have fixed both my Smeg range and My noisy Freezer cooker…
      I have fixed both my Smeg range cooker and my noisy Samsung Fridge Freezer which needed a new fan motor. The video to change a freezer fan was really easu to follow. The biggest adavantage of using espares was the returns. It is very easy to order the wrong parts when you have never done repairs like these before. After the first mistake I found that returning parts was a doddle. Which reduces the stress if you get it wrong. The new parts came quickly and I was confident i'd get a refund even if I made a mistake.
