      I supplied the fridge serial number but…
      I supplied the fridge serial number but they sent the wrong part. As requested l sent it back and asked to be sent the correct part as per their form. Nothing heard then l get a refund. Whats going on? doesn't anybody read emails. What a waste of time.

      The shelf wasfridge not what was advertised…
      The shelf was not what was advertised and it doesn’t fit in my fridge I wanted Kenwood and I specifically said it but you just wanted to get rid of some of your old stock I suppose I am very disappointed

      Disappointed, annoyed, frustrated
      I paid for and ordered a product, then received an order confirmation telling me that the product was not in stock and it would be dispatched as soon as possible. This was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from this company until this morning asking for a review. My review is, don't take peoples money when you have no stock, tell them you have no stock and if they decide to order then that is their decision. Then keep in contact with them about the status,not just ignore them now that an order has been placed and you have their money in your bank. Shocking customer service with zero interaction. I just hope that the product turns up and is what I expect and paid for which is the genuine manufacturer part and not a "compatible" replacement part (if it does get here).

      Website entry incorrect
      The bulb received was exactly the same as shown on the website - no problems there. When I opened the microwave cover, it became clear that the bulb required had a completely different fitment to the one that was sent. Encouraged to find that eSpares has an easy returns procedure. It will be interesting to see if the website is changed when the error is recognised.

      Frustrating waste of time
      I paid a lot of money for urgent next day delivery, but my item did not arrive. I tried to contact espares, but they don't provide phone support and their 'online chat' wasn't working, so I emailed. My automatic email reply said I could wait 72+hours for a proper response. I tried to deal with the courier instead, however they would only take instruction from their customer - who was espares. Espares actually responded to my second email, where I asked them to cancel the delivery and refund in full, which they agreed. They confirmed that the item had been received by them, but I now have to chase the refund, as that's not arrived either. A frustrating experience and a total waste of my time. Update for Hamza: the refund has still not arrived in my bank account. From an order on 21/02. Also, I am fastidious about ensuring my address is correct with every online purchase, and in this case I distinctly remember adding my company name then removing it because it then showed twice in the address (as it's also my house name) and I added my county as it didn't automatically autofill onto your form. But that aside. When a problem occurred, there was zero possibility of help without waiting 4 days. Which isn't helpful if something is urgent. My business relied on getting my part quickly.

      Absolutely fantastic!!!!!
      Absolutely fantastic!!!!!! I ordered the part for my dishwasher at 7pm and it was delivered by12:30 the next day. I live on the Isle of Wight so very impressed with the speed of delivery and great quality part at a great price.
