      Brilliant you just save me £250 - I thought the tumble dryer was scrapped but located and fitted a new heater element from eSpares and got the dryer running again for £50. Thank you very much.

      Far too long refunding and expensive postage charges
      The postage was high and the battery was incorrect so returned according to their instructions, so I lost money on that. They received goods back but no refund after nearly 2 weeks. When contacted with proof they received the item, they apologised but said its another 5 working days from today for a refund!! Not good at all.

      Missold product and fobbed off numerous times.
      Product not suitable for appliance and I was fobbed off numerous times by customer services before they bothered to actually check the problem, which was that the measurements were incorrect. They haven't updated the page yet so be careful they don't missell a freezer seal for Electrolux.

      Will never order from this company again.
      Ordered a belt drive for a tumble dryer on 31st December 2024. Paid £6,95 for it to arrive on 2nd January 2025. It is now the 3rd January, I have emailed the company twice now with no response. The worst bit is that I ordered the same part from another company, then cancelled it on 31st December 2024 because I believed I would receive the part from espares quicker. Do not buy from this company. No phone number, no one responds to emails, complete waste of my time.

      No phone number - avoid
      Ordered a part - site said I could track my parcel. I couldn't. No phone number - woeful idea. Contact page - email only - response in 48 to 72 hours. Rubbish. No response from the MD Parcel arrived but no response to my queries.
