      Great service, I needed a heat pump for our dishwasher & was concerned about ordering the wrong part & how long it would take to arrive. Everything was easy. It arrived nicely parcelled up & well within 24 hrs. Easy to fit & works like a dream !!! I've a happy wife & saved me buying a new dishy :-)

      This outfit used to have a phone…
      This outfit used to have a phone number, which meant you could get assistance with what you were ordering. Their parts list can be most ambiguous, meaning the wrong item can be ordered, this causes delay in getting the right part coupled with the added expense of shipping for returns and re-ordering. I've learnt my lesson now , so I wont be using them again. I suppose the idea of not being able to speak to somebody is a way of saving on their part, and stuff the customer. time will tell if this is a good policy.

      Spare washer filter
      Resonably priced spare part, but more importantly the website makes it easy to ensure that you get the correct part for your model. Replacement filter element purchased, but the helpful video on the website helped me to strip the drain pump out to check it and also ensure that the manifold and pipes were clear. Excellent service.

      14 days to replace broken item
      I ordered a replacement jug and lid for a small blender. It arrived very quickly in a large box thst due to the design, was already part opened. The item was in a plastic bag, with no other packaging and the base was broken. I returned item the next day, and it took 14 days for a replacement to be sent. I did receive emails apologising for the delay. Despite leaving feedback on my return request, the replacement item arrived in exactly the same packaging , but at least it was not broken.
