      I ordered a part for next day delivery…
      I ordered a part for next day delivery paying the additional charge £6.95. I recieved the email letting m eknow thta the product had been dispatched. It failed to arrive i emailed them to advise them that the part had not arrived and have heard nothing since its been 4 days since I placed the order.

      Great service
      Great service, package arrived as scheduled - but to the wrong address! No fault of eSpares as I forgot to change my address as I had moved since I last used eSpares and forgot to change my address in my online account, which I quickly rectified. I realised the error within 20 minutes of placing the order and went back to cancel but there is no cancel button - just wasn’t there, despite all my attempts to cancel - I couldn't. I was able to still pick up my package as the old address wasn’t far from my new one. I did make a complaint to eSpares about not being able to cancel. They were very good about it and promised they would get their I.T. to look at it; one should be able to cancel right up to just before the item is dispatched. But I still give them 5 stars for: excellent delivery service, having the parts available and great customer care service.

      Failure to supply correct part
      Our cooker grill element failed a week before the Christmas holiday we ordered a new one and it arrived on time to fit. we opened the box and it was an oven shelf they sent us we were not impressed at all what made it worse they said we would have to wait being sent the correct part while they identified the problem in there warehouse ! also they offered a 10% discount on our next purchase ! Not impressed at all, received the correct part but not been able to use our top oven and grill when we needed it over the holidays, This is the third time, we have replaced the grill element over 12 years but this is the fist time we have had any problem with E-Spares.
