      Think twice before buying
      Ordered a Haier Washing Machine Door Seal which was supposed to be compatible. I ordered it. It came. I had an appliance fitter to come out. He opened it up and told me it's the wrong part. He looked it up and checked for the correct part. And the part I had ordered was the correct part. But the original part that needed replacing had 3 nozzles and the new part from eSpare had 2 nozzles. He wasn't sure why that was the case. And he also said the manufacturers theses days make it difficult to get into the machine as they don't want you to replace parts instead want you to buy a new machine. So he put back the machine as it was (Charged me £65) and told me to contact eSpares. Which is very difficult. No phone number. So I have sent them an email which I'm still waiting for a reply to. So in the meantime instead of returning it I decided to have that part fitted (costing £35) as I googled that the 3rd nozzle was for the bulb sensor. So now I don't have a light in the doorway/drum of the machine. I'm giving 2 stars because of all the stress that was caused not able to contact eSpares. Their customer service is terrible.
