      A Week before Christmas and the main cooker element blows up. 10pm and I source the part on espares for next day delivery. This arrived by 3pm the next day. What started as a stressful run up to Christmas was quickly eased to a minor blip. Great service just when you need it most.

      Christmas Dinner jeopardy
      Our oven door broke on the night before Christmas Eve. I ordered the part from espares, at 8.30pm, who said they would deliver the next day. I was given a one hour window for the delivery, which was very useful on Christmas Eve, and the part was delivered on time. We were so grateful and our Christmas dinner was cooked. Stunning customer service: thank you.

      Delivery time miles off
