      Untrustworthy customer service
      I cancelled order just over an hour after placing it and messaged 3 times asking not to despatch it. 6 hours later i get a message from DPD saying they'd been instructed to collect parcel. They sent it knowing I did not want it why???. Untrustworthy company and no telephone contact available. Avoid

      GU10 Bulbs
      Have not used the GU10 bulbs yet. Good price, arrived quickly however 5 x bulbs although in a individual boxes were placed in a large box to rattle around. Suggest putting in some newspaper etc in large box to act as packing to prevent bulbs bouncing around.

      Good service and easy to use site
      The site was easy to use and delivery was next day as promised. The only down side was that originally the heating element had a heat resistant gasket between the element and the cooker body. I had expected one to be supplied with the new element which was not the case and additionally I could not see this gasket listed as an additional item. As it was, I managed to reuse the old gasket which was slightly damaged.

      Cooker fan motor
      The website was easy to navigate, the part I needed was available as two options, genuine or pattern and at a good price, the site allows you to check for compatibility so parts can be ordered with confidence. Delivery was prompt and part was well packaged, would definitely recommend them.

      Wrong part supplied
      I ordered a drain hose for my Bosch dishwasher based on Espares being listed as official supplier of Bosch parts. To order the part I entered the serial number of my dishwasher and the hose was listed so I went ahead. The hose I received however did not fit my dishwasher. Not only do I have to pay for it to be returned I had to pay a plumber for the wasted call out! Espares please be more careful in listing parts aligned to appliances.
