      Tumble dryer fixed.
      Fantastic range of products at a decent price. I really appreciated the ‘how to’ videos: the job turned into a much bigger task than expected and would have involved a lot of trial and probably many errors, without. Do search carefully though, I saved a fortune by purchasing a complete repair kit rather than a couple of parts separately (Plus I ended-up needing everything in the kit anyway)!

      Ordered a component via website using…
      Ordered a component via website using the machine serial number. Wrong part was supplied. Tried online help portal, but could not get correct part sent and was just going round in circles. Managed eventually to get a phone number for somebody who gave me a credit for the postage to order a new part, I have been unable to get refund for incorrect part or the cost of the postage to send it back. They say they will email a label but nothing arrives So give up with espares as just too much hassle.

      Sent me the wrong parts twice.
      Sent me the wrong parts twice. After confirming the oven type with model number and the chat giving me part number they still sent wrong part. Got a refund but less the post when I actually requested they send me the correct part not a refund. Wont use again. Too unreliable. Giving PartsCentre a go.

      The super fast delivery
      The part was easy to identify and check it was the correct one for my machine. The how to videos were useful. The delivery was super quick, ordered late afternoon and it was delivered the next morning and this was standard delivery. The part fitted and my machine is now working perfectly for a few £.

      Originaly my item was not delivered.
      Originaly my item was not delivered. Having reported this, a replacement item was successfully dispatched and received. However the packaging was questionable as the attachment stem of the button was poking through the cardboard. Luckily the item was not damaged.

      Poor contact
