Henry Hound turbo head where the brush fits in has a something missing, not the Red end clip, but the other end where the brush fits on to the Turbo Head. Can this piece be be replaced. Its black part, of the turbo head, the underneath part?

...is it likely to be a fault in the hose assembly or the turbo brush itself? The machine gives plenty of suction but its not getting to the turbo head and the turbo isn't kicking in when switched on.

    Hi Carolyn Without actually seeing your Numatic Henry Hound vacuum cleaner, it is impossible to tell what is causing this problem. What I would advise is talking to your local Numatic or vacuum cleaner specialist and they should be able to diagnose the problem for you. And that's where we come in! I opened up the turbo head on my HHR200-2 to clean it. The clips to lift the rotating brush up and down (sort of L shaped) have come free and it is not clear where they go back. Can you assist in what should be a simple fix? Thanks
