      Didn’t think I would be scoring a 1 for…
      Didn’t think I would be scoring a 1 for a site that has been excellent in the past. I noticed an issue with order shortly after placing it, website said I could correct the error on the website, but it wouldn’t let me, help page said I could cancel it from the website, but I couldn’t. Contacted support via webpage chat to cancel, which they said they did then 12 hours later they shipped it anyway, to the address I told them was incorrect. Receiver at wrong address accepted order so now am fighting to get my money back. Customer service and contact ability have taken a dive since Screwfix brought them out. I would seriously look into the capabilities of the site and please get a call centre set up, relying on a site chat really makes it hard to resolve issues. Sad really, they are a useful site, but hard work when something goes wrong.

      Saved Christmas!!
      Superb Service!! Had to order a fan oven element on the 23rd of December to arrive in time to be able to cook Xmas dinner. Turned up in the backhills of Wales by 10am on Xmas Eve morning, and saved our Christmas!! Now that's what you call service!!
