  • It's not easy and a little difficult to get to. You first remove the back panel. You push the lip on the pin down at the same time as knocking the pin out, 3 hands and a lot more space would help. I used a short length of bent 10mm copper tupe to knock the pins out and wedged a small flat screwdrive to hold lip down. You have to remove a small bracket to knock the top pin out a phillips screw but working blind a bit fiddly but no real problem. By John - France - 07 March 2011

    Hi there, replacing a shock absorber is a tricky task, but if you are fairly competent it is achievable. It involves remove the panels of the machine and unpegging the old absorber(s). They are spring loaded so be careful!
