      If I could give Zero I would
      If I could give Zero I would. Part came clearly defective and not fit for purpose. So had a washing machine in bits needlessly for an extended period of time due to their incompetence. Arranging a refund has been a nightmare - to date they still have my money. Avoid and shop elsewhere. Trust me.

      We got the lead to espares from a YouTube tutorial, placed the order for a spare part for a tumble dryer which arrived a few days later in excellent packaging and ready to install. No complaints at all. We've yet to fit the spare part!
