i have a Bosch SGS53C12GB/21 dishwasher, & when you put it on, it works but don't get hot, & it dont stop, just keeps going, is it the control module?

Have you got a picture of this item yet. Also do you know if this can cause my dishwasher to not heat water & make the cycle run for hours. or do I need the heater. Thanks for your help.
