Hi I'm Mat from eSpares.

This is the ice cream maker attachment, the version you need for the Chef is the AT956A, and the version you need for the Kenwood Major is the AT957A, make sure you get the right one.

The ice cream maker is perfect for making different flavoured sorbets and ice creams. The pack contains a freezing bowl which should be put in the freezer 24 hours before using, mixing bowl, the paddle, cover with shute and spatula.

To begin using your ice cream maker attachment lift up your mixing head, lock the mixing bowl into position, pop the freezing bowl inside, then the paddle in the middle, this is secured with the cover like so. Put your mixing head down making sure the locating pin goes in the top of the ice cream maker paddle shaft. Turn the machine on to its minimum setting and then you can begin to pour in your mixture.

I've left that for about 30 minutes to get the consistency I want turn the machine off and at the mains to be safe. Lift the mixing head up, take the bowl off and there you have it, perfect strawberry ice cream to be eaten now or to be frozen for eating later.

Remember all these spares are available at eSpares.co.uk.

Thanks for watching.
