  This fridge uses a magnetic diverter valve to shut of cooling to the fridge or freezer depending on demand. It sounds like a problem with the control board or the valve as it does not appear to be able to turn this off. This is likely to be an expensive repair and we would in this case suggest you may be better getting a fixed price repair from a repair company.
