      How do you fit the small belt between themotor and the pulley and then the larger belt?

      I have a Panasonic MC E3011 upright vacuum cleaner

        To fit the small belt remove the lower cover and the roller bar. Then remove the two screws on the idler pulley and lift out. Fit the belt to the motor and slip the idler through before re-fixing. Stretch the large belt over the brush roll, fix in position and refit the cover.
