Your problem is likely to be caused by lint and fluff passing through the condenser into the reservoir blocking the valve that connects to the tank. You can remove this valve but either need very slim arms or a very long cross head screwdriver and some Blue Tac. Carefully rest the machine on its back and remove the tank to access the vavle at the middle back. With the screws removed using the Blue Tac you can 'pick up' the valve by pushing in and removing the tank. Refitting the new valve Stock Number: ES1554737 is the difficult bit but can be done with patience and either a slim arm or attaching the valve to a pole or broom stay to push into position before re-screwing.
