Oven is either fully on or off and now cuts off after a few mins.
I bought this part from ebay but didnt resolve the issue, possibly cheap or faulty replacement. Are the symptoms typical faulty thermostat or could this be something else?

This could be the thermostat but also sounds like the oven FSD may not be working.
