how do you get into the vessel that the heater element fits into?
I've got into the guts of the coffee maker and identified the connections for the old heater element, but it seems to sit in a sealed pressure vessel that I can't work out how to open.

The top must just push on but will have a rubber seal to ensure it remains water tight. it should be possible to prise the upper and lower parts of the boiler apart if no other fixings are holding them together.
- That's what I thought, but taking out the 4 allen bolts simply frees the boiler from the plastic housing of the machine. Upper and lower parts stay firmly fixed together.

A image of the the top of the boiler is shown on our part Stock Number: ES1597538. This suggests the element is fitted to this and the four holes in the corners suggest the top unbolts from the boiler.
