I need the white plastic coupling that is under the blade unit. I know I can buy it separately, but how do I replace it?

- it's difficult to replace, you need a tradesman with the right sort of tool to open the attachment at the bottom. I managed to get mine replaced a few years ago but this time I think it will be cheaper to buy the new knife unit, not just the white teeth underneath.
