When I disconnected the heater and switch the dishwasher on straight away the fuse box trip. But when I disconnected this one it did not trip the electric.

It is possible this is faulty, use a Multimeter to check if there is a resistance from any connection to the metal work of the dishwasher and replace if a resistance is found.
