Two of the knobs on my AEG KM74T won't press down.

The hob has three has gas burners and one electric. Two of the gas burners can't now be operated because the knobs won't press down - solid. The third one still works well. Any answers? Thanks.

You will need to check the knobs for any damage, they usually just pull off and if they are ok it may be the gas tap and you will require a gas safe technician to replace them.
