Can this be fitted easily or does it require an electrician? Capel said was bulb that slots in but mine is definitely a wired unit

The lamp is held in place by spring clips that have to be squeezed together to allow it to pass back through the hole. On the end of the cable is a simple connector that can be released to remove and the new connector just pushed on.
