Gorenje Gv60010 - is it this part that controls the operating temperature
Machine showing E3 error which is either temperature sensor or element fault as not getting to temperature - water is hot but programme errors out on E3 when it finishes wash and switches to drying

You will need to test the sensor and element with a multimeter to determine which component is faulty before suspecting anything else.
