This is described as the bottom LEFT hand retainer. Is this on the left with the door CLOSED or OPEN ?
Obviously the left with the door closed becomes the right with the door open. Do you have an image of the retainer as I would like visual confirmation that I am ordering the right thing. I am surprised you have sent me info for a Stoves oven when the one I asked for is New World.
