Hi if my machine has cloudy dishes and glasses with a grey finish is it too much rinse aid , as my seems to have a little bit of the aid escaping from it when the door is in the up position and not being used.

It is usually caused by etching or hard water deposits, if the rinse aid is leaking out the dispenser may need to be replaced so check the seal around the rinse aid cap.
