How do I refit door seal restraint clamp for Hotpoint WM67P ser 91131962
There is a metal/plastic small box at 12 oclock position which the clamp fits into. How do I open this to fit the clamp in? John

The ends of the 'circle' are tensioned to spring out wards and lock to the clamp bracket. use a flat screwdriver to close the end and allow it to slide out of the bracket. do a little on each side to allow the bracket to loosen evenly as this will help when refitting. Use two screwdrivers 'like chopsticks' to pull the tips together when refitting it.
