In the maintenance video, Helen shows us the grease filter in the hood. Hit is held down with a wire hinge and there is also another layer of fabric on top of the filter paper. What is this and do you sell it?

In the video a sheet of carbon filter is fitted above the grease filter material. This helps absorb smells if the air is recirculated. It may not be required if venting externally or if you are using a cartridge carbon filter.
