We think this seal is simply pushed in place around the door frame. These seals are not usually fixed in place and with firm pressure will normally pull off. It is likely that you may need a 'tool' to help push in place, try a rounded spoon handle. If it is not possible to refit in this manner you may need to remove the panel.
