      how do I remove the locking washer?

        This wheel is held on with Stock Number: ES538183 These locking washers can be pushed onto the axle using small 1/2 inch oe 3/8 socket. Once on they lock in place with the barbs and to remove grip with pliers and turn as you pull it off the axle.
