How do I remove the cable from the lamp holder as they don't seem to pull out?
The oven is a Zanussi model ZOB33OX

This lamp holder pushes into the cavity and clips spring out to hold it in place. To remove it you will have to disconnect and remove the oven and push the clips flat to enable them to be withdrawn through the oven wall as they can be tight to remove.
